To be eligible for a return:

  • You must submit clear photo evidence of the issue
  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery


Return Shipping

We offer complimentary return shipping only for products that are defective, damaged, or compromised during delivery.

Return shipping for all other situations is the responsibility of the customer.


Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
